Use of MatterLog
MatterLog is provided as a simple business obligation log and reminder tool. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of due dates, amounts, notes, and recipient emails entered into the app.
No professional advice
MatterLog does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, or compliance advice. Reminder emails and dashboard views are operational aids only.
Private beta availability
During private beta, features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable for fixes, maintenance, or testing. MatterLog should not be your only source of record for critical obligations.
User responsibilities
Keep your login details secure, use accurate company and reminder recipient information, and review reminder emails before acting on payment or filing obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use MatterLog to store unlawful content, send unwanted emails, or add reminder recipients who should not receive your company obligation details.
