MatterLog stores the information you enter into the app, including account email, company profile details, obligation titles, categories, due dates, amounts, notes, status, and reminder recipient emails.

We use this information to show your dashboard, manage obligation records, send reminder emails, prevent duplicate reminders, and support basic CSV exports for your internal records.

MatterLog uses account-based access controls so each user can access only their own company profile and obligations. Reminder processing uses secure server-side access for scheduled email checks.

MatterLog uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Resend for reminder emails, and Vercel for hosting and scheduled cron calls.

MatterLog is currently in private beta. Do not enter highly sensitive documents, passwords, bank login details, or personal identity documents into obligation notes.
